Murchison Falls.
Located in Northan Uganda, this is the largest National Park in Uganda with an area of 3840kms that protects a chunk of untamed Africab savannah bisected by the mighty river Nile. By road it is a 3-hour drive from kampala.
Activities: Launch trips, game viewing, bird watching and chimp tracking. The park can be reached by road or air.
Accommodation: Two up market lodges, a luxury tented camp, rest camp and camping is permitted in seleced spots.

TOURIST guides from East Africa are to form an umbrella body, the chairman of the Uganda Safari Guides Association said over the weekend.
Herbert Byaruhanga said that tourist guides from Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi and Rwanda were in the process of forming the “Federation of East African Tourist Guides Association.”
