Kidepo Valley.
Found in North Eastern Uganda, this is one of the most spetacular parks in Uganda, with an area of 1344 square kms. It harbours a great number of animal species than other parks.
Activities:game and scenary viewing, bird watching, hiking and cultural performance.Kidepo is 810 kms from Kampala and can be reached by road and air.
Accommodation: Lodge in the park and UWA rest camp and campsite.
East African tourist guides to form body:
TOURIST guides from East Africa are to form an umbrella body, the chairman of the Uganda Safari Guides Association said over the weekend.
Herbert Byaruhanga said that tourist guides from Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi and Rwanda were in the process of forming the “Federation of East African Tourist Guides Association.”
